The Academic Advisor’s main responsibility will be assisting with the implementation of a holistic advisement and student retention program. Serving as a liaison, the Academic Advisor will connect students with the appropriate paths of study to turn their educational dreams into a reality. The successful candidate will demonstrate and practice student centeredness, while fostering close professional relationships with the students they support. Reporting directly to the Campus Dean, this position will work collaboratively with other departments and programs to ensure accurate, appropriate, and timely services for all students.
PowerCampus, graduation audits and enrollment reporting, registration and transfer evaluations and filing.
Create standard ad hoc reports, to offer recommended improvements in processes within the office
Maintain compliance with all relevant university, state, federal and accreditation rules and regulations
