  • Follow instruction from CIS Virginia Beach Lead.
  • Complete assigned administrative \ lab related duties.
  • Demonstrate courteous communication skills both orally and in writing.

  • Must be in good university standing both academically and financially
  • Knowledge of basic IT and computer related tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer service experience
