    The Student Support Services Office is the heart of operations at Stratford University. Your true mission is to connect with students and facilitate positive outcomes by mapping successful routes and engaging resources for students to help them overcome potential barriers to success.  As a navigator, you will guide, support, sustain and nurture students throughout the entire student life cycle.  And as guardian, you will help to provide a safe haven for every student while they seek to achieve academic and career success.   


    • Engage regularly with students to encourage and facilitate continued attendance and positive learning outcomes.
    • Be available to students to identify and explore alternatives overcome barriers that prevent matriculation.
    • Collaborate with all departments as a member of the intervention team that monitors and engages at-risk students.
    • Participate in developing and implementing a personalized plan that promotes student success  
    • Enrich the student experience by organizing and promoting student focused events, activities and clubs
    • Monitor and maintain reports pertaining to student progress such. Work to insure recapture of withdrawn students.     
    • Advocate for students with disabilities and facilitate the implementation or reasonable accommodations supporting ADA and Section 504 and 508 regulations
    • Facilitate a one-stop-shop environment as a safe haven for students in need of problem solving, support or resources to empower them to meet their education, personal and career goals
    • Work closely in a team environment to provide outstanding concierge-level customer services

    • Bachelor’s degree  in a related discipline required
    • Entry level experience 1-2 years of experience
