    Job Overview:

    The work study student will work in the Career Services and Student Support department assisting the staff with various clerical, social, and business duties as assigned. Duties will include, but, are not limited to the following:


    • Provide support with event coordinating set up and breakdown.
    • Assist with maintaining partnerships with businesses for events.
    • Coordinate with other departments around campus as needed.
    • Address students’ queries regarding Career Services and Student Support policies and procedures.
    • Assist with in-house or off-site activities, like parties, events, and conferences.
    • Provide general support to visitors.
    • Liaise with international and domestic student population.



    • Bachelor degree in Business or combination of education and work experience.
    • Entry Level. We will train the prospective candidate.
    • Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
    • Interpersonal customer service skills.
    • Effective communication in both oral and written language.
    • Strong attention to detail, organized, cheerful, flexible with duties, punctual, creative, ability to be forward thinking, and able to communicate with various cultures.
    • Able to bend, lift, and stoop.
