The receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, screening calls and providing basic administrative duties for the campus staff. Acting as the first point of contact and “face” of Stratford University, the receptionist will be polished, personable and have excellent time management skills. Responsibilities include meeting guests in a friendly, welcoming manner; answering calls; maintaining conference schedules; reconciling expenses; updating spreadsheets; managing a filing system; distributing mail; and other duties as assigned. The receptionist is also expected to have a strong customer service focus while attending to campus leads and tracking inquiries.
