    The Adjunct Faculty Member is expected to work collaboratively with the Program Director, Campus Dean and academic support programs to facilitate student success and strengthen the reputation of the university by promoting excellence through curriculum development and delivery. Active participation in departmental, campus and college committees is required.

    Essential Criteria for Success:

    • You demonstrate integrity, honesty, teamwork and genuine commitment to education.
    • You captivate students with your amazing communications skills.


    • Earned Doctorate or Masters in a field that emphasizes coursework in ethics or a Masters in a related field plus 18 verifiable graduate hours in courses with heavy ethics focus.
    • Doctorate Degree in related field is preferred.
    • Record of successful working relationships with internal and external constituencies.
    • Teaching, research, and community service experience
    • Willingness to perform occasional curriculum planing and similar activities is a strong plus.
