    The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining the structural components of each our campuses, while ensuring that a safe, comfortable, well maintained learning environment exists for students.  Become a professional watchdog continually providing management with insights to ensure prudent use and maintenance of facilities, maximizing resources and minimizing cost where possible.  Participate in raising the roof of all new campuses and act as owner representative when needed collaborating with architects, contractors and engineers.  Come help us lay the cornerstone on our plans for significant expansion into multiple new locations!



    • Work with campus leadership on routine and daily maintenance operations of all university facilities, helping to prioritize capital improvements and supervising maintenance projects. 
    • Design, schedule installation, and maintain security measures for all facilities, including card access, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
    • Monitor and manage inventory and expenses to insure prudent use of financial and physical resources.  Participate in financial forecasting/budgeting, advise on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness
    • Develop and implement an Emergency Management Plan and Preventive Maintenance Program tailored to fit each location.
    • Obtain bids and negotiate terms for the purchase, delivery and installation of all furniture and equipment consistent with budgets.  Maintain a full inventory and digital record of all university physical property
    • Ensure all facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
    • Supervising contractors and staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers
    • Assist all campuses and the university with all facilities issues, as required.  



    Critical Skills and Job Complexity:


    • Technically competent in all aspects of facilities management, including, space planning building services engineering and business management.
    • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and managerial skills.
    • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Advanced time management skills and the ability to handle complex projects with multiple priorities.
    • Valid driver’s license – job involves travel between several sites.



    • Bachelor’s degree from accredited school
    • 4 or more years of directly related experience
    • The work environment is fast paced and professional
