    The Registrar will be a liaison with students and university departments, providing service with commitment and courtesy. You will deliver accurate, prompt, courteous and fair service to all students and University associates. Serving as the official authorized keeper, you will take a leadership role in planning, organizing and managing in an accurate and efficient manner all aspects of the University’s student records. You will be able to masterfully toggle between back office operations which require high levels of concentration, and front office operations which require friendly and immediate service. The Registrar analyzes enrollment trends and acts strategically in support of a rapidly growing campus population and ensures efficient use of PowerCampus.



    • Manage day to day functions of the Registrar’s Office
    • Provide vision, innovative/progressive leadership and strategic direction to the Registrar’s Office.
    • Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with other university departments, deans and faculty members.
    • Train staff members about FERPA privacy obligations and protocol
    • Process, handle and update all student academic records with integrity, accuracy and timeliness. .
    • Ensure the proper collection, maintenance and communication of numerous student academic records and performance data.
    • Take stock in, and truly care for student success
    • Accurately generate reports for accrediting bodies, such as CAR, CEP and Self-Study
    • Maintain compliance with all relevant university, state, federal and accreditation rules and regulations.

    Required Education and Experience:


    • A Bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of progressively related experience.
    • Knowledge of federal privacy laws associated with the management of student academic records
    • Experience in student academic records
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
