The Assistant Student Financial Services Manager reports directly to the Student Financial Services Manager. They assist with the oversight of student financial aid processing, billing and accounts receivable on their assigned campus. This position works very closely with colleagues on the larger Student Financial Services team, playing a central role in providing a seamless customer service experience for Stratford University students and ensuring the integrity of student financial records at the campus. This position provides daily assistance to the student account officers via training and other support functions to ensure all related functions are performed to established Stratford University standards.
