    The administrative assistant is a multitalented individual with a broad range of skills. You are a great team player, as well as individual. There are lots of loose ends at Stratford just begging for knots. You are the “backbone” of the many departments that function independently and require you to be the customer relations liaison between internal and external customers. Are you up for the task?


    • Organize and prepare meeting minutes, and coordinate appointments and calendars
    • Welcome and resolve problems, questions, concerns and issues effectively
    • Communicate with customers proactively and cooperatively
    • Participate in administrative management
    • Prepare and revise presentations, reports and other documents
    • Maintain campus accreditation paperwork, utilizing strong organizational skill
    • Other duties as assigned

    • Committed to quality service to students, faculty, and staff
    • Ability to juggle a multitude of tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor
    • Good knowledge of office support functions


    • Bachelor’s degree or higher will give you an advantage.
    • You will be able to share examples of how you’ve excelled in your roles during the past two years.
    • If you have basic knowledge of university academic rules and regulations, you will further separate yourself from the competition.
